Chef Sean Gibbs creates an inspired menu designed to surprise and delight. Dining at Spring Valley is one of the highlights of the season and something the members and the staff look forward to. Members enjoy carefully planned specials such as Lobster Night, or our annual Memorial Day, 4th of July, and Labor Day tournaments and social functions.
